Finding the right colleague shouldn’t depend on luck.
A mutual transfer needs two people: someone who wants your posting, and someone whose posting you want. Today most railway employees look for that person through scattered WhatsApp groups, forwarded lists, notice boards and word of mouth.
Messages are buried within hours. Details are missing or inconsistent — one post says “LP Goods”, another gives only a division code. It is easy to spend months calling people whose post, sub post or pay level was never a fit.

Precision first, both directions, no false promises.

Only employees in the same department, post and sub post are compared. A short list of people who could genuinely swap with you is more useful than a long one of people who couldn’t.

Both directions count
They should want your division, and you should want theirs. When only one side fits, the match is still shown — clearly ranked lower.

Your order of preference matters
A colleague in your first-choice division ranks above one in your fifth. Pay level, verification and recent activity help order the rest.

Labels like strong, good and potential match help you compare. When two employees both want to go ahead, our team calls them — there is no chat and no inbox.
